Sitno Holding - Real Estate is a division of SITNO HOLDING that operates in the real estate market and performs development activities. It concentrates on residential projects and projects in the area of Sport and Leisure. At the same time, it represents foreign investors in the area of Real Estate where, in addition to consultancy and advice, it provides total project management for development projects. Currently the company is managing three projects with a total of more than 100 000 square meters of useable space and a total investment of 112 million EUR.

Jantár
The Jantár Project is composed of a new zone for comfortable living, relaxation and services in Jarovce with a total area of 46 545 m2. It is composed of a new section for houses (39 149 m2), its own lush green park with a playground for children and 3 modern multiple-use buildings (7 396 m2). A total of 49 houses are located on plots ranging from 490 - 1062 m2, and the multiple-use buildings will contain offices and shopping spaces in addition to flats. In Jantár, everyone can find what they are looking for.

Adria Park
In an area larger than 100 000 m2, Adria Park is being created in Jarovce - a new area of houses. Sport City
Sport City is a unique project that will create new opportunities for sports enthusiasts in on more than 5 hectares of land. It will include a football pitch, tennis courts, handball, volleyball and basketball courts, a multipurpose hall and wellness centre, pools and a weight room. A sports hotel and an office building to house sport club offices will also be located there.
