Board of Directors
The statutory body of the company is the Board of Directors, which directs the company's activities with the same composition as from its establishment:
- Ľudovít Černák - Chairman of the Board of Directors

- Marián Tkáč - Member of the Board of Directors
Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board of the company is charged with reviewing the scope of the performance of the company and the completion of business activities; the Supervisory Board is composed of the following members:
- Juraj Pistl - Chairman of the Supervisory Board
- Lucia Tkáčová - Member of the Supervisory Board
- Filip Černák - Member of the Supervisory Board
